The role of an Improvement Leader

During and after their training, Improvement Leaders work closely with all functions of the business to support the setting and achievement of business goals. For example, they may develop top-level Value Stream Maps to identify improvement opportunities. These can then be scoped into projects delivered by Improvement Specialist, or they may even be used to design new products, processes or services.
