Level 3

This programme is perfect for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity who specifically need to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge.

Operations and Departmental Manager
Operations and Departmental Manager

Level 5

This qualification aims to equip delegates with a wide range of professional and interpersonal skills and techniques, necessary to perform effectively in middle and senior management roles.

Quality Practitioner
Quality Practitioner

Level 4

This qualification provides learners with the core skills, knowledge and behaviours to enable them to deploy strong quality processes within the organisation, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance are fulfilled.

Improvement Technician
Improvement Technician

Level 3 Yellow Belt

Improvement Technicians are responsible for the delivery and coaching of improvement activity within their area of responsibility.

COURSE SCHEDULE: EVERY 6 MONTHS

Improvement Practitioner
Improvement Practitioner

Level 4 Green Belt

Improvement Practitioners project and change management principles using a blend of tools to identify and lead the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes.

Improvement Specialist
Improvement Specialist

Level 5 Black Belt

Improvement Specialists are responsible for leading the deployment of improvement strategy and for training others. They’re also responsible for providing deep technical expertise in advanced Lean Six Sigma, Project and Change Management principles and tools.

Improvement Leaders have high-level expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Project and Change management and are recognised as the specialists in leading improvement strategy.
