We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Qualitrain God2Go have been awarded Matrix accreditation, the first End Point Assessment Organisation in the country to be awarded this standard!
The Matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) standard for ensuring the quality of the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance. The DfE supports the matrix Standard as the quality framework for accrediting information, advice and guidance contracts including the National Careers Service, its subcontractors and other services delivered on behalf of the Education Skills Funding Agency.1
It helps providers to improve their services by benchmarking against best practice and it offers accreditation to those that meet the full standard.1
A Matrix representative visited our Head Office in Alfreton, Derbyshire, last week to conduct an extensive review of our services, for both Qualitrain Ltd and Qualitrain Good2Go. While on site, they met with a number of staff and learners over a few days to get a feel for the our processes and the results we’ve had as an organisation.
Alan Bates, Quality Director, said “We took the opportunity to use the audit to apply for two certificates, one for Qualitrain Training and the second for our End Point Assessment Organisation (Good2Go.) We achieved a great result with the devoted team effort of our staff, associates, employers, and learners, receiving accreditation for both companies.
I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved together, and the news that we are the first EPAO in the UK is really exciting!”
