The inspection took place from the 21st – 24th September 2021 at Qualitrain’s Alfreton based Head Office, with Quality Director, Alan Bates, leading the team.
Ofsted recognised that regardless of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of our apprentices successfully completed their courses, with most even achieving high grades:
“Trainers have excellent vocational knowledge, which they use to provide good quality lessons. They have extensive experience of working in the industries and roles in which apprentices work. This enables them to give clear answers to apprentices’ questions and to relate theoretical concepts to apprentices’ work situations.”
Managing Director, Leon Bowler, said of the results: “This is amazing news, we are immensely proud of the work and support the whole team provide to learners and employers, as well as each other, every day. I’d like to pass on a massive thanks to Alan Bates who led much of the inspection along with the compliance team. The results give us confidence in moving to launch the next phase of our journey and continue to grow so we can all succeed together.”
