Due to continued success and ongoing expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for 1 Black Belt Trainer to deliver Green Belt (Practitioner) and Black Belt (Specialist) apprenticeships across the UK to support the growth of our provision. We are keen to hear from people who have extensive experience teaching and coaching Lean Six Sigma, reputable third-party Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (or AGILE) certification, and who have a passion to educate and inspire others.
Minimum requirements: Reputable Black Belt certification or AGILE certified practitioner. At least five years’ Lean Six Sigma teaching and coaching experience and can demonstrate real life examples of improvement projects that have been completed or coached.
Desirable, but not essential: Qualifications in Teaching, Degree in Management or Engineering. Experience in both manufacturing and transactional environments. Level 2 English and Maths.
Prospects: Opportunities as vacancies arise within the Qualitrain Group, such as Senior trainer and management positions.
