Distinction success for Wattrus Group Ltd

Qualitrain would like to extend a well-deserved congratulations to Ian Lynam, Gemma Orme, Jennifer Davenport and Thomas Peyton of Wattrus Group Ltd, who recently completed their L3 Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship.

Throughout the qualification, the delegates were taught the skills and knowledge needed to manage teams and projects to meet agreed goals, which included managing people and delivering results.

The team remained committed and focused for the duration of their learning journey and their efforts paid off, with all four learners achieving an incredible Distinction grade, with high marks overall.  

The team were delighted to be awarded with an engraved trophy, framed certificate, and an invite for a surprise lunch arranged by their employer, with the added bonus of 6 specially made cupcakes!

Clair Walsh, Qualitrain Trainer and Assessor, said of the results “The team did incredibly well to persevere the changes they faced throughout that year and still come out with top grades. I am so pleased their achievement can be recognised”.
