Futaba Celebrate Apprenticeship Success

Qualitrain were delighted to attend a recent celebration ceremony, hosted by Futaba Manufacturing UK Ltd, to celebrate their recent cohort of Apprentices successfully completing their End Point Assessments.

The group had been enrolled on the Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship and all achieved an astonishing Distinction in their EPAs! Futaba wanted to celebrate it these amazing results and brought the whole team together for a celebration ceremony.

The ceremony included a speech from Councillor King of Derbyshire County Council, recognising the achievements and divulging on what’s in store for manufacturing in Derbyshire for the future. The team all received a small, personalised award presented by the Senior Management Team.

Qualitrain Managing Director, Leon Bowler, said of the event: “Well done to everyone involved. This was an achievement to be proud of and a shining example of how great employer support and outstanding learner commitment can result in great outcomes.
