Adient Seating Apprenticeship Success

Congratulations to the first of two cohorts at Adient Seating UK Ltd, for successfully completing their Level 3 Team Leader/ Supervisor Apprenticeships! The team have worked consistently hard throughout some uncertain times and adapted well when moving to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The team recently attended a celebratory presentation organised by their employer, where they proudly accepted their certificates.

The Level 3 Team Leader/ Supervisor Apprenticeship provides delegates with the skills and knowledge needed to manage teams and projects to meet agreed goals. This includes managing people and delivering results.

Each Apprentice in the cohort achieved fantastic pass grades, including a distinction.

Qualitrain Trainer and Assessor, Clair Walsh, said of the cohort “I am extremely proud of each of their achievements, and they should be too, as they worked really hard to complete the course and even persevered with having to change from a classroom environment to developing their IT skills in order to complete the course online after covid started.”
