What Our Clients Say About Us

“Education Compliance are not only very supportive of our business in offering excellent professional advice and guidance, they have continued to support all the staff here at Arrow Care Training with our own personal development. We have always felt part of their team and supported and encouraged to grow our own business. We continue to work together very well to achieve excellent outcomes for our learners and employers.”
Nicola Starrs
Director, Arrow Care Training
"Working with Education Compliance during the last two years has been most enjoyable. The support provided is outstanding and communication is effective and efficient. I receive reviews with my contract manager providing me with constructive feedback which I have found beneficial in developing my skills further. Being observed by an Internal Consultant provided me with guidance on areas for improvement and strengths, and using the shared HR Toolkit, I can complete relevant training and CPD."
