Dear Customers, Colleagues, and Partners,
We are only getting in touch to provide you with an update during these difficult times. We appreciate that you will be inundated with COVID-19 updates, therefore we’ll try & keep it brief, and to the point for you.
What is happening now?
The Qualitrain Group is operating on reduced service as from the 30th March 2020.
Why are we doing this?
The Senior Management Team has run several scenarios and taking this decision guarantees that we will be there with you on the other side once life begins to return to normal. It also ensures that we can protect our team both physically and financially.
What if I need Qualitrain during this time?
Qualitrain has a small, but an experienced team working through this period to support you. Your main contacts will be as follows:
Richard Bates: Group CEO
Lee Rookes: Operations Director
David Green: Operations Manager
Claire Lewis: Quality and Compliance Manager and Designated Safeguarding Officer
Matt Bates: Financial Controller
What if my learners need support?
Some of our learners are continuing their learning journey during this time. An update has been sent out to them detailing the changes and we will continue with all the scheduled activities that have been planned remotely using technology. All of the Qualitrain team has set up a standard “out of office response” to ensure that learners who missed their update know where to go for support.
What happens in the future?
We fully appreciate that this may not be the right time to be thinking long term however, we have taken some steps to ensure we can get back to normality as soon as possible, which are:
- Learners who can carry on will continue via remote online learning
- Customers who cannot continue at this time will be brought back onto their programme when you are ready. We will work hard to ensure that we will be ready to go within 2-days
Finally, Qualitrain would like to say thank you for support and remember………………………. stay home, protect the NHS, save lives.
