BCA continues to work with partners Qualitrain on a series of Lean Thinking training initiatives designed to improve Efficiency, drive Quality and embed a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the Business.
The third BCA Lean Practitioner Cohort launched at BCA Perry Barr on 28 January 2020, with a team of 15 BCA colleagues embarking on a 14-month Programme.
