Our trainers work closely with your organisation to identify gaps in efficiency. This enables the training to be tailored to align with the specific business needs and goals.
Business Improvement Apprenticeships teach a philosophy of continuous improvement that will implement change across the whole organisation. Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques are taught identify and eliminate non-value added wastes to effectively optimise business productivity and increase profits.
All of the courses below are fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy

Lean Manufacturing Operative
Level 2 – This qualification blends lean continuous improvement principles with good manufacturing practices that are required for fostering the appropriate combinations of skill, knowledge and behaviour.

Improvement Technician
Level 3 (Yellow Belt) – Improvement Technicians are responsible for the delivery and coaching of improvement activity within their area of responsibility.

Improvement Practitioner
Level 4 (Green Belt) – Improvement Practitioners project and change management principles using a blend of tools to identify and lead the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes.

Improvement Specialist
Level 5 (Black Belt) – Improvement Specialists are responsible for leading the deployment of improvement strategy and for training others. They’re also responsible for providing deep technical expertise in advanced Lean Six Sigma, Project and Change Management principles and tools.

Improvement Leader
Level 6 (Master Black Belt) – Improvement Leaders have high-level expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Project and Change management and are recognised as the specialists in leading improvement strategy.
