Qualitrain and Capella win Adient Apprenticeship Contract

Qualitrain is delighted to announce that, together with its Lean Six Sigma delivery partner Capella Associates, the company has signed a contract with Adient Seating to manage their Apprenticeship Levy programmes.  The partnership will provide a single, simple solution for the full management of apprenticeships including needs analysis, matching gaps to available standards, mapping existing training resources, contextualising training resources, delivering training and assessment, managing out-sourced training and assessment, DAS administration and funding compliance plus return on investment tracking.  The first training programmes are planned for launch in Q1-2018.

The relationship between Capella and Qualitrain has developed over a number of years and provides large businesses with a training resource of remarkable and valuable breadth and depth of expertise. Now that most large manufacturers are paying close attention to the return on investment they expect from their Apprenticeship Levy contributions, the partnership expects to be increasing busy delivering funded training with clearly defined business benefits.

Adient is a major global manufacturer of automotive seating, supplying no less than one in three of all seats worldwide.
